Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI think this is a fantastic concept! It has been well executed. To me it looks like she is dissolving into the ocean as the world collapses around her. However, my main criticism would have to be the blurriness of the background behind her. I'm not sure if it's intentional or not as a depth of field thing but I think it would look a lot better if the Big Ben and the wave were in sharper focus like the foreground. I also thing the shadows of the Big Ben could be a bit more intense. The shadow of the model's hair is quite intense and the fact that the background doesn't have the same intensity strikes me as a bit odd. The way you painted the spray over the buildings is really well don though!
